Zdravo! Sem igralka odbojkarskega kluba Formis Rogoza, pred 2 mesecema sem se pridruzila igralkam Branika. Visoka sem 1.75m, tezka priblizno 60kg, moje igralno mesto je napadalec.
Prihoda v Ameriko smo se zelo veselile, saj je to za nas nekaj novega. Pred prihodom smo v Sloveniji odigrale nekaj tekem z Americankami in Cehinjami, s katerimi smo se tudi spoprijateljile.
V Salt Lake City smo prispeli v cetrtek, 21. 7. 2005 ter ostanemo vse do 1. 8. 2005. Pot do sem je bila zelo naporna, saj smo potovali 26 ur, zato smo kar nekaj casa potrebovali, da smo si opomogli. Nastanjeni smo v Westminster Collegu, kjer nam je zelo vsec.
Najprej smo 3 dni trenirali, nakupovali, se spoznavali z ostalimi igralci, bili v zabaviscnem parku Lagoon…..v glavnem bilo je zelo zabavno. Ni se nam bilo tezko vklopiti, saj so vse punce zelo komunikativne, odprte in prijazne. Danes, 25. 7. 2005 smo igrale z ekipo iz Juzne Kalifornije, caka pa nas se 5 tekem, za katere upamo, da se bomo cim bolje odrezale.
Hello! I am player of volleyball team Formis Rogoza. 2 months ago I have started to play for volleyball team Nova KBM Branik. I am 1.75m tall and I weigh about 60 kg. My position in team is attacker.
Coming in USA was very exciting for us, because that is something totally new for us. Before coming here, we played with girls from USA and Czech Republic in Slovenia. Those girls were both very friendly and nice, so we became friends.
We arrived to Salt Lake City on Thursday, July the 21 st 2005 and we are staying until August the 1 st. The way here was very difficult and stressful. We were traveling 26 hours that is why we were a little bit tired. We are staying in Westminster College and we like it very much.
At first we were training for 3 days, shopping, meeting other players, having fun in Lagoon Park……all in all it was very fun! It wasn’t difficult to get in with other girls, because they‘re very communicative, open and nice. Today, July the 25 th we played with Southern California Team. We have 5 more matches and we hope that we’ll play as good as we can.
