Everyone coming on the tour should print out this form, bring it to Europe with them, and keep it with them the entire tour when outside the hotel.

IF YOUR BAGS ARE LOST IN VENICE, give the airline officials Tim’s Italian Cell # and the Hotel Information in Izola.

If your flight is going to be over two hours delayed, please call Tim’s Italian Cell # and give him an update.

Parents: Please note that it might be difficult to contact your child at the hotel. All of these hotels will have limited English speaking receptionists, and they each have only two or three phone lines that reach the rooms. In addition, the teams will not be at the hotels very often during the day. Please do not clog up the hotel lines with non-important phone calls during this time.
