Prague… ‘nuff said
By: The Best Megan on Tour!
After our amazing bus ride, aka the party bus, we got the pleasure of waking up at 7:00 in the morning. Elyssa and Jordan were totally excited about the breakfast; they practically sprinted to the buffet. Then we went to this totally intense gym, and played bright and early. Then we went back to the hotel and slept, more like passed out. Then we went in the city and guess where we had the pleasure to eat…T.G.I Fridays! American food is amazing. Paige and Kim were so excited that they could finally read the menu because it was in English (according to Annie it’s American).

After our meal, we split up CJ, and I and the Strickler Men, went to tour Prague. And the remainder of the team went to go shopping and get some shoes. Makayla was totally crunk about the prospect of shoes. So we made plans to meet back and went our separate ways. Luckily when The Elite Prague tourers (which will now be referred to as the A-team) hit the Old Town square, we were able to see the famous astronomical clock so we watched the saints through the wooden windows.

After the magical clock, the A-team walked to the Charles Bridge. You know the bridge in the first Mission Impossible. Then we rubbed our hands on this cross for good luck, like the Blimey Stone in Dublin. We saw the castle from afar, and then we walked back into the Old Town and looked in the souvenir shops. We were able to go look into some beautiful old cathedrals, the stained glass windows were amazing. As the sun set in Prague, we were able to see the sights at night. Can you say Post Card Quality? So eventually the A-team met up with the shoppers and we rode our bus back to the hotel in the moonlight.
Editor’s Note: Although not mentioned in the journal, all three teams did play in Prague today…
