USA/BIP Development Team
Training Camp in Switzerland & Global Challenge in Croatia
This year’s BIP/USA Development Team, playing in the 5th Annual Global Challenge, started their European adventure in Zuchwil, Switzerland where they trained and played against the Swiss National Team. From there the team traveled to Pula, Croatia to participate in the Global Challenge where they won the tournament beating Nova BMK Maribor of Slovenia 3-0
Head Coach of the team was Tom Hilbert (Colorado State) and he was assisted by Mitch Jacobs (Marshall University) and Kristen Bauer (University of West Florida).

"This is the tenth year that USA Volleyball has recognized a trip of this nature organized and managed by Bring It Promotions (BIP). The experience gained by the athletes and coaches simply can not be obtained through domestic play. The USAV/BIP partnership has worked well in that USA recommends coaches and athletes for invitation and Bring It provides post-trip reports on everyone on the trip. I'm confident that the 2009 experience will equal or surpass those of past years."
