Less than 24 hours into the tour and three players have left for tryouts. Mark DUSHARME and Dan KELLUM departed after morning training with a coach, manager, and gorgeous translator for OPAVA, Czech Republic. OPAVA is playing in Top Teams Cup and is a great opportunity. They will be trying out until Sunday.
Quentin SKINNER also left for the Czech Republic with a coach and manager from VK DHL OSTRAVA. This team is only a few kilometers from the Polish boarder and is one of the top teams in the Czech Republic (Champions League 2006-2007). He will play in two practice matches with their team.
Two more coaches have arrived. Both from Croatia and both from the Top Division. The two clubs are located in Rovinj (on the coast) and Zagreb (the capital).

(Entry #2)
Tomorrow morning three more boys will depart for a tryout. Chad Clawson, Ryan Bulard, and Matt Reynolds will all board a train from Maribor, Slovenia at 5:20am to arrive in Klagenfurt, Austria at 9:23am. Their "tryout" will involve two trainings with the Division 1 team. If they fair well, they'll stay. Otherwise, they will likely rejoin with the tour in Vienna as we make our way north to Prague.
The boys have the morning off. 'Nuff said.
