Day 11 – Sarajevo

            Today we started off by going to Pigeon Square to do some more souvenir shopping. Every store has pretty much the same things. We were there for only about two hours because we had already been there the last two days. It was really hot outside while we were shopping.

            For lunch we had the same pizza at this pizzeria that we had for dinner last night. I don’t remember the name of the place. The pizza is AMAZING!! It is so much like the pizza back home only much thinner like paper thin. They put this sauce on the middle of the pizza and it tastes like tomato soup, I didn’t like it so much but some of the other girls did. It was still really good.

            After we had pizza we went to a water park. The water was quite warm; it felt really good because it was so hot out. We were there for about another two hours. They only had three slides to go down none of them were a lot of fun, but there was this cool fast river. The fast river is like this little maze inside the pool that you go around but instead of like the lazy river, there is a current that pushes you through the maze. It was a lot of fun.

            We went back to the hotel after the water park to relax before our last match. We played the Bosnian National Team again. We won in four games. We were going to go clubbing or to the disco as the Europeans call it after our match, but everyone just wanted to relax and pack before we leave tomorrow. Andrea was able to get us a copy of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix to watch. It was so nice of her and really unexpected; because we all thought we would have to wait until we got home to see it. I can’t believe our trip ends tomorrow. The time has gone by so fast, but it has been a lot of fun with all of the girls. They are all so nice and accepted me as part of their team. I love them all!!!!!
