Team Information

1) Rosters need to be faxed by July 7, 2010 to +1 805 435 2002 or emailed to bringitusacory@aol.com. For each player we need the players name, height, position, date of birth and current club.

2) Uniforms: You will need one set of light uniforms and one set of dark uniforms. Remember that numbers cannot be higher than 18.

3) A rooming list needs to be turned in no later than July 10, 2008. One week before I will give you specific details on the rooming list. Please email them to bringitusacory@aol.com

4) Exchange gifts: Please bring something for net exchanges with each team.

5) Tournament Information: One week prior to your departure I will provide you with all the necessary information for the tournament. Exact details will not be worked out until that time. At the moment the following teams are committed to the Global Challenge:

European Teams

-Slovenia Youth National Team (Slovenia)
-Falconara Juniors (Italy)
-Club, GALEB , (Montenegro)
-Ok, Pula  Juniors (Croatia)
-C.S.U Targu Mures (Romania)
-Volleyro Roma (Italy)

USA Teams

-SCVA  Juniors, Southern California
-SCVA Youth, Southern California

We will follow FIVB rules, so please go over this with your players.

The Technical meeting will be held the Hotel Pula on July 18th at 6:30 pm

Tournament results will be updated each night along with journal entries on the Bring It USA site at: http://www.bringitusa.com/gc10/index.html

The Hotel Pula has wireless Internet access, so you can bring your laptop.

Opening Ceremonies: The ceremonies will be held in the town square of Pula on the evening of July 18, 2010 at 9 pm.  It will be hot, so all we ask is that teams have on matching shirts. It is fine to wear shorts. We ask that each team bring a flag from their country.

 Again, exact details for the tournament will come one week before the tournament.

Age limits. In general the age requirements for the Global Challenge are 19 and under. However, because of the special nature of this tournament it will be allowed for teams to have a player or two over this age limit. Remember the main purpose of this tournament is to provide the best possible volleyball at the highest level instead of following very strict age limits.
