Today the team had two practices in preparation for the last match of their trip. After the morning session, we ate lunch at Abuelos Mexican Food Embassy. After two days of training and clinics, Italy was ready for some competition. They knew Texas was a really strong team, and fired up for the match. Texas' volleyball gym is one of the best volleyball gyms in the nation. It seats about 5000 fans and the bleachers come pretty close to the floor. -

Arrival in Austin

The team arrived in Austin yesterday and checked into the luxurious AT&T Hotel and Conference Center. They were very relieved to enjoy an excellent buffet lunch and get some rest before it was time to head out to training. They trained for two hours and then ran a clinic for Austin Performance. -
